This will be followed by Michael Stone leading a powerful 50 minute Neurodynamic Breathwork session. Michael is a global specialist in breathwork and hosts both in-person and online breathwork sessions (for more info on Michael, Click Here).  Neurodynamic  Breathwork is an experience that is guided by the participant’s own inner intelligence and is a modality he developed based on his 10 years of experience leading Holotropic Breathwork Workshops.

Note:  Most people will be sitting in chairs for this event but some will be able to lie down so I suggest that you bring a yoga mat if that is your preference.

The combination of these two modalities is very interesting as they are quite different.  Although they both use sound and music, the breathwork portion is based on the underlying principle that you already have the answers within and that the goal of the breathwork is to quiet your thinking mind and access your own inner intelligence.  The Binaural Immersion is a guided meditation where Sebastian, through using mental imagery and storytelling, will verbally guide you through a specific experience that you will create in your imagination based on his guidance to a background of beautiful relaxing music for 25 minutes.
